Matching Gift Program

McAfee supports our employees' charitable efforts. We match the donations full-time employees make to eligible organizations up to $1,000 per employee, per year. Employees have contributed to such organizations as disaster relief, universities, health care research foundations, homeless shelters, food banks, environmental organizations, youth support groups, public broadcasting, and museums.

Eligible organizations must be not-for-profit organizations certified under 501(c)(3) status. McAfee will not match donations to individuals, religious organizations for sectarian purposes, private foundations, political organizations, or political causes. McAfee also will not match donations to organizations that do not comply with the McAfee equal opportunity and nondiscrimination policies. Single-gender organizations are not automatically excluded; as long as the organization is addressing a gender-specific issue (e.g., more girls in math and science), or has an opposite-gender equivalent organization.
