McAfee Security Expert Vimal Solanki to Participate in Panel Discussion

SANTA CLARA, Calif., May 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ McAfee, Inc. (NYSE: MFE) today announced that David DeWalt, McAfee's president and chief executive officer, will deliver the keynote speech at Interop Las Vegas 2007 on Tuesday, May 22, at 1:00 p.m. Vimal Solanki, senior director of worldwide product marketing, will also participate in a panel session at the event. Interop Las Vegas 2007 will take place May 20-25 at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas.

In his keynote, DeWalt will talk about the newest security challenges facing businesses and McAfee's strategy to protect what customers consider most valuable. He will also speak about how the industry must evolve to a security risk management model to address the risk of data loss prevention and next-generation threats on platforms like mobile, Voice-over-IP, Instant Messaging and peer-to-peer communications.
