As a McAfee Authorized Support Provider (MASP), you can increase your margin potential by supporting your customers directly. This accreditation program is targeted at SecurityAlliance Elite resellers that have demonstrated support capabilities, including support systems, replication lab, and certified support engineers. MASP enables you to provide authorized first- and second-level technical support to your end customers, with the assurance of a direct escalation path to third-level McAfee Technical Support engineers as well as advanced access to internal McAfee troubleshooting tools.

Requirements

  • Meet annual bookings threshold
  • Level 1 & 2 technical support
  • Technical support training and certification
  • Case tracking system and defined escalation process
  • Problem replication lab
  • Meet minimum performance and business metrics on an ongoing basis
