The McAfee SaaS Education Services LMS is a website that allows you to view the schedule and register for our live, instructor-led courses, launch eLearning recorded training on demand, and download our training materials. 

Each person attending training needs to have their own LMS account and register for the classes they need. There is no limit to the number of administrative-level participants for each customer account that can have access to the LMS and attend training.

The LMS and McAfee training courses are intended for administrative-level roles. If you would like your end user to view one of the eLearning courses, you will send the user the link to the eLearning recording.

Request an LMS Account
Send an email requesting LMS access to training@mcafeesaas.com with:

• Each participant's full name
• Each participant's email address
• The corporation name

Once your account has been verified, each participant will be registered in our LMS and receive an email from noreply@interactyx.com with their LMS login credentials.

Access the Learning Management System
Once you receive your login credentials under a separate email from noreply@interactyx.com, you can view the course schedule, register for instructor-led training sessions, launch eLearning recorded training, and download training materials.

Log in to the LMS: http://mcafeesaas.interactyx.com

Register for an Instructor-Led Training Course
Instructor-led training is conducted via the Webex.com website on the Internet. You will attend from your own workstation; all you need is a PC with an Internet connection to view the training, and a telephone to hear the audio portion of the training. 

• After signing in to the LMS, click the Courses button on the blue tool bar.
• Locate the name of the Instructor-Led Online course you want to attend.
• Click the Register button.
• Locate the date of the course you want to attend and click the Register button.
  • To register for additional courses, return to the Courses button or log out of the LMS.
• You will receive emails from noreply@interactyx.com, training@mcafeesaas.com, and messenger@webex.com confirming your registration.
• Retain the emails from messenger@webex.com; the link in this email will give you access to your training session.

Notes:

• If you sign up for an instructor-led session and cannot attend, please send an email to training@mcafeesaas.com, requesting registration to a new session. The LMS does not currently allow one person to register for the same course more than once.
• To grant additional people in your organization access to the LMS, please send an email to training@mcafeesaas.com with the name and email address of each additional LMS member.

Each eLearning course is comprised of one or more modules. The course title will help you identify how many modules are associated to the course. 

eLearning (modules): These are for the administrators and contain one module
eLearning (courses): These are for the administrator and contain more than one module
eLearning (end user): These are for the end users and contain one module

To begin an eLearning course, complete the following steps:

• After signing in to the LMS, click the Courses button on the blue tool bar.
• Locate the name of the course you would like to view.
• Click the following buttons:
  • Subscribe
  • Launch
  • Course Materials
• Each eLearning course is comprised of one or more modules, displayed on the left side of your screen.
• To open and run each module or download the course materials, click the green arrow next to the modules name.
• You will receive an email from noreply@interactyx.com confirming your registration.

All training guides are course materials within their associated course. For example, the Email Protection Training Guide contains material used in both the live, instructor-led training and eLearning Email Protection courses. To download materials, complete the following steps:

• After signing in to the LMS, click the Courses button on the blue tool bar.
• Locate the name of the course associated to the training guide(s) you would like to download.
• Click the following buttons:
  • Launch
  • Course Materials
• There are one or more training guides associated to each course, displayed on the left side of your screen. To download a guide, click the green arrow next to the training guide name.
• A PDF version of the guide is displayed.
