The Provisioning for F3 Partners course demonstrates the primary method to create new customer accounts, select their service, and configure and monitor McAfee SaaS Email Protection, McAfee SaaS Web Protection, and McAfee SaaS Email Archiving.
What You'll Learn
Upon completion of this course, you will understand how to:
- Provision a new customer (high-level steps)
- Log in to the Control Console
- Create a new customer account
- Select packages and service bundles
- Input the number of users for which your customer will be billed
- Create the customers’ primary domains, including the importance of the domain contact email address
- Create a protected customer administration account
- Brand the console settings
- Configure the MSP Connector service, if applicable
