Characteristics

When the trojan is executed, it will download the following files:

  • c:\Program Files\ISTsvc\istsvc.exe
  • c:\Program Files\PurityScan\PuritySCAN.exe
  • c:\WINDOWS\Application Data\besu.exe
  • c:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\expext.dll

The above files are various Adware programs detected as Adware-Istbar , Adware-PurityScan , Adware-BuddyLinks and Adware-BHO.gen .
