Penny Baldwin is vice president in the global marketing and communications group and general manager of brand and reputation marketing at Intel Corporation, and chief marketing officer (CMO) of Intel Security.
In these roles, Baldwin is responsible for managing the global strategy and positioning for the Intel brand. This includes defining the global brand positioning, equity measurement and objectives by target, and developing brand assets and communication to bring that positioning to life across the regions. In addition, Baldwin will maintain her responsibilities as CMO for Intel Security, and will centralize brand management and creative services across both brands.
Prior to Intel and McAfee, Baldwin was acting CMO and senior vice president of global brand strategy and marketing at Yahoo. There she drove global consumer marketing strategies, programs, budgets, and results, spanning all channels and disciplines.
Previously Baldwin served as president and CEO of Young & Rubicam Advertising and Wunderman Direct Marketing. She has success in branding and marketing a wide range of global companies, including NetApp, Hitachi Data Systems, Citrix, Chevron, AT&T, and Cadbury Schweppes.
