License Entitlement

Your license entitlement determines if, and how long, you are eligible to receive product upgrades. Corporate products are usually sold as a subscription license for 1 or 2 years. If you are unable to determine which type of license your company purchased, let us help provide you with this information.

Registration Confirmation

Corporate licenses purchased through McAfee and Value-Added Resellers are automatically registered within 30 days of your purchase date. If you do not have your "grant number" we can assist with locating your company in our Customer Database to confirm your registration. Occasionally we may require proof of purchase from you to help us update our records. If you would like to make changes to our Database, we require that you fax us the changes on your company letterhead. Be sure to include old and new contact and address information. Upgrade Qualification

If you would like to verify if your company is qualified to receive upgrades, we can look this information up for you.

Corporate Technical Support is available for Gold, Platinum and Hardware Customers Only.  If you are not certain of your company's support plan, we can identify this for you.

Grant Number Verification

Each order processed through our Corporate Sales or our Resale Partners has been assigned a unique identifier called a Grant Number. Within 30 days after receipt of order you will receive a document notifying your company of this grant number. If you have not received your grant number we are happy to assist with verification.

Returns

Product returns will be accepted for defective product only and must be processed through either the Sales Representative or Reseller you made your original purchase through. Returns are not accepted after 30 days of receipt of purchase.
