Louis Riley is senior vice president and general counsel for McAfee, responsible for the sound and efficient management of the legal affairs of the company. An attorney with more than 20 years in the technology industry, he has substantial experience in financing and M&A activities, equity compensation, corporate governance and intellectual property matters. He is a registered patent attorney experienced in litigation, licensing, technology transactions, and managing and developing enforceable intellectual property portfolios. Prior to McAfee, Riley held leadership positions at Zarlink Semiconductor, Legerity and Advanced Micro Devices.
Riley holds a J.D. from South Texas College of Law and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Houston.
