Important Note
There is an outstanding issue with the GroupShield for Lotus Domino v7.0, GroupShield for Microsoft Exchange v7.0 and PortalShield 2.0 products that affects the installation of the 5301 Anti-Malware Incremental Engine Update.
After the installation of the update has been completed the products will look as though the installation successfully completed, but this is not the case as they will still be running the previous Engine version. The GroupShield for Lotus Domino/GroupShield for Microsoft Exchange/PortalShield services need to be stopped and restarted to ensure the update is fully installed.
