GENERAL PRIVACY LAWS	The Access to Information and Protection of Privacy (ATIPP) Act is the Yukon’s access and privacy law. It applies to all Government of Yukon departments. It governs the actions of many other “public bodies” as well. Government of Yukon agencies, boards, commissions, corporations and foundations must all comply with the ATIPP Act.
