McAfee TechMaster Small Business provides 24/7 IT support for desktops, mobile devices, tablets, desktop applications, networking, office peripherals, and servers. Ideal for small businesses with up to 50 computers, centralized servers, or more complex networking and email requirements, McAfee TechMaster Small Business delivers around-the-clock phone and chat support, PC and device optimization, and assistance with device and software installation to help avoid misconfiguration that can impact employee productivity and business operations.

Each annual subscription covers one computer or server, an additional tablet or smartphone, and up to two peripheral devices. Each supported server requires a license for the server and five additional nodes of desktop coverage. McAfee TechMaster Small Business also includes McAfee SaaS Endpoint and Email Protection to safeguard your endpoints and email systems from the latest malware and spyware.

Licensing

  • McAfee TechMaster Small Business requires all nodes in your organization to be covered by a TechMaster Small Business subscription.
  • Each supported server requires one TechMaster Small Business license and five additional desktop licenses (e.g., support for two servers requires a total of 12 licenses).

McAfee TechMaster Service does not cover the following activities:

  • Undertaking or supporting activities that could be considered illegal or in violation of copyright laws
  • Offering troubleshooting steps not recommended by the manufacturer
  • Providing support for unsupported or prerelease versions of software
  • Supporting vertical-specific based applications such as point-of-sale devices, etc.
  • Network connectivity issues beyond your Local Area Network
  • Developing software, drivers, or applications
  • Installing physical hardware
  • Supporting physical hardware failures once diagnosed
