Chatelle Lynch is Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer at McAfee. She oversees the People Success organization which includes recruitment; inclusion and diversity; total rewards; systems and services; and workforce intelligence; and talent development.

Lynch joined McAfee in 2005, later helping it evolve during its time as a wholly owned subsidiary of Intel, until today: an independent $3BN global IT security software company with 7,000+ employees worldwide.

An expert in designing HR initiatives for thousands of global team members, Lynch is leading the charge in cultivating a culture where all employees thrive and can bring their full authentic selves to work. She continues to play a pivotal leadership role in recruiting and developing the best talent in the industry

As a driving force for inclusion and belonging in cyber, under Lynch’s direction McAfee became the first major pureplay cybersecurity firm to achieve global gender pay parity on April 1, 2019.

Lynch is also a regular contributor on HR and workforce trends for Forbes as well as an industry commentator on diversity, online safety for kids, the cyber security skills shortage and more.

In 2017, Lynch was named 'Chief Human Resources Officer of the Year' at the Stevie Awards for Great Employers and her team was also named 'HR Department of the Year' in the same awards.
