It means that McAfee will be able to\u00a0focus 100% of\u00a0our talent and expertise on innovation and development that directly enables and improves\u00a0the products\u00a0and services\u00a0that protect you and your family.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Time to Take a Step for Technology<\/h2>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">It\u2019s the\u00a0right\u00a0time\u00a0to take that step.\u00a0Today, we use technology in every aspect of our lives, from education to recreation and entertainment to transportation. We have connected devices in our cars, in our pockets,\u00a0and in our houses. In fact, the average U.S. household has 25 connected devices, and this number will continue to grow as more connected devices hit the market.\u00a0\u00a0We are also on the precipice of new connectivity technology, such as 5G,\u00a0that will enable devices to\u00a0access larger amounts of data, faster,\u00a0and from more places.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559738&quot;:80}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">All\u00a0this\u00a0technology\u00a0makes\u00a0our lives easier\u00a0and\u00a0more enriching in some way, whether it\u2019s the ability to\u00a0do our banking online or ordering groceries online or even having a consultation with our\u00a0physician\u00a0online. Our behaviors have changed during the past sixteen months and our need for online protection has changed with the times.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559738&quot;:80}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Our\u00a0online\u00a0world is rapidly evolving, and as McAfee\u2019s Chief Technology Officer, part of my job is to ensure that you\u00a0and your family can use the latest, cutting-edge technology with the confidence and peace of mind that\u00a0you are protected.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559738&quot;:80}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The technology required to defend consumers against the latest threats requires new levels of sophistication.
