The actual event platform opens in a view-only mode on October 26th. Attendees can add sessions to their virtual “agenda” from October 26 – October 29 so they don’t forget what sessions they are interested in attending.

Q: What day can we access all content?

The event platform goes live on October 29 at 9:00AM PDT. Attendees can access the platform to stream live keynotes, on-demand breakout sessions at this time.

Q: What Training Classes are available at MPOWER Digital 2020?

Select training classes are now included free with your MPOWER Digital 2020 registration. These classes are available to all attendees and can accessed through the MPOWER Digital 2020 Platform.

Q: MPOWER Digital 2020 CPE Credit Information

CPE Credits for MPOWER Digital 2020 are (ISC)2® Type "A" CPEs and awarded to (ISC)2® members for activities which are directly related to the Domains of the CISSP.

Each attendee registered for MPOWER Digital 2020 can earn CPE credits which are awarded at the rate of one CPE per hour of activity on the platform for information security events. Be sure to continue to watch and consume content on MPOWER Digital to accumulate time to qualify. Attendees can receive up to a total of 40 CPE hours per week. As an official (ISC)2® CPE Submitter, McAfee will submit credits on your behalf. To receive credit, provide your (ISC)2® member number, your first and last name to Jessica_Taylor@mcafee.com, and your CPEs will be submitted to (ISC)2®. The cut-off to submit through McAfee is December 31, 2020.

Q: MPOWER Digital 2020 Computer Tips

Be sure your system is ready to go for the event. Here are a few tips and tricks that will help. View Desktop Requirements, Tablet Requirements, Mobile Requirements and any other addition requirements by clicking on button below.

  • System Check: Run this system check to determine if your system is configured properly.
  • Quick Video: Supported on supported desktops and mobile devices with iOS 10+.
  • Fedora Linux 25: Only supported for attendee usage and not certified for Speakers or administrators.

NOTE: We do not support beta versions of browsers or compatibility modes as display results can widely vary. Also, we do not support Private Browsing Mode when accessing from a Mobile Browser.

Access to the internet using high speed access (Cable, DSL, Network) is highly recommended for the overall environment and is required for all presentations. Pop-up blockers must also be disabled, and JavaScript should be enabled.

Before completing the event registration or logging into the platform, join using Chrome, or Firefox browsers only with pop-up blockers turned off. Internet Explorer and Window Edge browser are not supported. Upon entering the environment, a system check is run which will identify computer requirements that need to be addressed to interact with the online environment. It is recommended to view the environment with the display resolution of 1366 x 768.

Run this system check to determine if your system is configured properly.

Before you access the environment, you should ensure that your browser is configured to stream media. All webcasts require a broadband connection. For webcasts including video, you will need a minimum internet connection of 450Kbps — a connection of 750Kbps or higher is recommended.
