By working with other cybersecurity players, we are leading the effort to unite against state-sponsored actors, cybercriminals, hacktivists, and other disruptors for the benefit of all. McAfee is focused on accelerating ubiquitous protection against security risks for people, businesses, and governments worldwide.
McAfee is committed to engaging with policymakers and other stakeholders to enable a world where cybersecurity is so consistent, reliable, and effective that it becomes a trusted foundation in our lives—like clean air and water.
Our focus areas
Diversity and inclusion
McAfee believes that diverse teams create more opportunities for real innovation, creativity, and strategic thinking.
Learn MoreCybersecurity skills shortage
To solve complex security challenges, different industries must increase the number of cybersecurity professionals. To help compensate for the lack of skilled professionals, automated solutions must become more sophisticated.

Proprietary technologies work together in an open architecture, giving customers the ability to update solutions when new threats are on the horizon.
Learn MorePrivacy
McAfee believes that trust in the integrity of systems is essential to enabling people to get the most out of their technologies.

Learn MorePublic-private partnerships
McAfee believes that collaboration in cybersecurity is the best way to defeat cyberthreats and protect our networks, data, infrastructure, and even lives.
Learn MoreCritical infrastructure
The destruction of physical and information-based infrastructures from natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other means can cause great harm. That’s why McAfee is dedicated to making the connected world more secure.
Learn MoreImmigration
When we’re unable to hire qualified US talent, we use the H-1B program to meet our employment needs. That’s why we support the industry position calling for a market-based approach that lets employers decide what kind of workers they need.
Learn MoreInternational trade
As a global company, McAfee depends on the ability to move products across borders quickly and cost effectively. McAfee believes in robust free trade agreements, which open foreign markets and level the playing field for US businesses.
