The Managed Services Specialization is designed not only for technically competent partners, but also for those who manage a support operations center to align with their extended business model to offer services to end users. Managed Services partners have a technical go-to-market approach, focusing on support, implementation, and services.

Program Overview

Managed Services Specialization partners are responsible for:

  • Sales: Partners bundle McAfee solutions within managed services to sell to end users.
  • Billing: Partners order from a McAfee distributor and give them monthly royalty and usage reports.
  • Support: Partners complete relevant technical support certifications and manage McAfee solutions for end users. Managed Services partners must deliver 24/7 end-user support, in line with their own service level agreements (SLAs), and should maintain a support or network operations center.
