McAfee Enterprise Mobility Manager End of Life

McAfee is focused on helping organizations tackle their most pressing security challenges so they can realize the possibilities of a safe and connected world. As the threat and computing landscape continues to change, so must our strategy. We are working to create an integrated system that delivers faster protection, detection, and correction. To create that security system, we are investing in solutions for the endpoint, cloud, threat detection, and management that will ensure the security of the endpoint and cloud and all data traversing in between.

Increasing our investments in these critical areas required exiting other product areas. We apologize for any disruption that these actions cause you, and are committed to continued support for these products through the end-of-life process. We are confident that the result of these actions—a better, integrated security system—will meet your long-term needs by improving your threat defense lifecycle.

Therefore, we are announcing that McAfee Enterprise Mobility Manager (McAfee EMM) will enter end of life (EOL). This follows up our previous announcement we made in March 2014, when we placed McAfee EMM into sustaining mode after version 12 was released. We are setting the stage for our next step to deliver a leading endpoint solution that protects applications and data across all types of devices and operating systems.
