Microsoft has released eight Security Bulletins on April 8, covering 10 different vulnerabilities. Previously, Microsoft released a Security Advisory (950627) for a vulnerability in Jet Database. This was released after a new Microsoft Word attack vector was discovered through in-the-wild exploitation.

- There is no direct threat to systems that have been patched.
- No new significant malware activity has been reported.
