Features & Benefits

Block threats before they reach your network

Keep email threats far away from your network. McAfee SaaS Email Inbound Filtering works in the cloud to block more than 99% of all spam, viruses, worms, phishing scams, and other inbound email threats outside your network. Our mail exchanger (MX) record-masking technique conceals mail servers from the public Internet to protect against denial-of-service (DoS) attacks, directory harvest attacks, and mail bombs.

Protect your email fast

Activate your solution in as little as one business day, with a simple MX record redirection. This quick setup and administration further accelerates time to protection.

Focus on your core business

Streamline management via our unified web-based administrative console. Automatic and continuous updates unburden IT staff from day-to-day threat management. SaaS Email Inbound Filtering frees IT staff to focus on strategic projects that drive your business forward.

Avoid capital expenditure

Get the most sophisticated features at the most attractive price point. With the McAfee Security-as-a-Service (Security SaaS) model, there’s no hardware or software to buy, maintain, manage, or update, and no long-term contract commitment.

Improve your bottom line

Reduce business disruption and increase employee productivity. SaaS Email Inbound Filtering decreases IT labor costs and risks associated with in-house email threat management.

System Requirements

You will need your own mail domain, such as yourdomain.com; a static IP address or a host name that resolves to an IP address; and a dedicated mail server, either in-house or hosted by an ISP.

Activation starts with a simple mail exchanger (MX) record redirection. You can begin filtering using pre-established default settings, or you can easily fine-tune the settings to your specifications through our intuitive web-based console.
