Aneel Jaeel

Aneel Jaeel is senior vice president, customer success group at McAfee. He is responsible for all post-sales customer services, including customer support for McAfee corporate and consumer products, professional services, and education and training services. Jaeel has more than two decades of experience in the customer service industry across a wide spectrum of software and hardware segments.

Before joining McAfee, Jaeel was senior vice president of global customer support and support account management services at ServiceNow. Prior to that, Jaeel was vice president of enterprise support at Symantec/Veritas, where he led customer support for a range of product portfolios, including information availability, information management, and security. He has also held several leadership positions managing customer support and services at Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, and Sun Microsystems.

Jaeel has a bachelor’s degree in engineering and earned a master’s degree in computer science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
